A committee is comprised mostly of people with below average intelligence who get together to try to make the same decision that an outsider of average or above average intelligence would have made. Although their combined stupidity usually means that whatever decision they make is inevitably wrong. |

IQ scores arn't a direct reflection of intelligence, I mean, I'm sure even a mensa genius still takes his car to a mechanic. |
